Big Rapids 37 Grant 13: The Cardinals move to 5-0 in CSAA Gold action with this victory over Grant. Jack Bollman had a pair of touchdown runs for the Cards, with 67 rushing yards on 13 carries. Cole Haist passed for two scores on 14/21 passing for 154 yards. The Cardinals defense swarmed Grant, holding them to -3 yards rushing and 93 yards of total offense. BR (5-1, 5-0) GT (1-5, 0-4)

Forest Hills Eastern 28 Wayland 14: The Hawks picked up a big home victory over the Wildcats on Friday night. After a pair of Bryce Calkins touchdown runs gave Wayland a 14-0 lead early in the second quarter, FHE responded with 28 unanswered points. Max Ferrick had 175 rushing yards and two scores on 13 carries, while Preston Hoexum added 56 rushing yards and two touchdowns on just nine carries. FHE (5-1, 3-1) WAY (3-3, 1-3)

Lowell 38 Byron Center 28: The Red Arrows took down the ‘Dawgs in an OK White showdown. It was an explosive second quarter, with 49 combined points on the board. Jackson Reisbig had a huge night for the victors, rushing 34 times for 218 yards and 5 touchdowns. Landon Tungate had a solid night in defeat with 159 rushing yards and three scores. Mona Shores 42 Wyoming 7: The Sailors had little trouble in defeating the Wolves, but the best news in this game was that Wyoming head coach Carlton Brewster was on the sidelines. This week, Brewster was briefly put on leave before public outcry led to his well-deserved reinstatement.

Reeths Puffer 48 Union 7: The Rockets soared past the Red Hawks in an OK Green battle on Friday. RP scored the first 48 points in this contest, led by quarterback Antrel Jones. Jones finished the night with five touchdowns, three through the air and two on the ground. Brody Johnson added 128 rushing yards and three scores of his own, two on the ground.
