Kent City 33 Grand Rapids Christian 27: The Eagles secured the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament title with a defensive victory against GR Christian. Madelyn Geers led the way with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks. Lexie Bowers added 10 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals and a block. Taryn Preston chipped in 8 points and 5 rebounds.
Newaygo 60 Forest Hills Eastern 44: The Lions secured the victory at the consolation of the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament. Jaxi Long had a phenomenal performance, scoring 35 points. Long was 13/14 from the charity stripe, while adding 4 assists and 4 rebounds. Jaxi broke the 1,000-point threshold in this victory (she currently sits at 1,015. “A good bounce back win for the girls,” Newaygo Coach Nate Thomasma shared. “Our defensive pressure allowed us to get some easy buckets in the third quarter to help us go on a run. FHE is a solid team that has played great competition this season.”

Oakridge 38 Potter’s House 37: The Eagles captured a victory in the consolation game of the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament over the Pumas. Garrett Wever had twelve points, including a buzzer-beating triple to lift Oakridge to the win. Wever also added 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Ethan Jozsa led the Eagles with 20 points and 8 rebounds.
Parchment 62 West Catholic 60: The Panthers took down the Falcons at the buzzer in the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament championship game. Kofi Barima hit a jump shot in the closing seconds to lift Parchment to the title. He finished with 12, while Antonio Williams led their team with 24. Michael Morris paced West Catholic with 19, while Kobe Kambestad (18) and Caleb Tuttle (17) chipped in double-digit scoring efforts.
Zeeland West 72 Gull Lake 59: The Dux rebounded from their narrow loss to Coopersville. Zeeland West secured a 13-point win over Gull Lake, who entered this game previously undefeated.

Forest Hills Central 51 GR Catholic Central 49: The Rangers defeated the Cougars in the consolation game of the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament.
Rockford 50 West Catholic 46: An explosive fourth quarter carried Rockford to a title in the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament. Grace Lyons paced Rockford with 19 points, while Abbey Kimball added 24 for West Catholic.
BOYS BASKETBALL
Grandville 71 Northpointe Christian 58: The Bulldogs defeated the Mustangs in the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament consolation round. Grandville got a big performance from Brayden Gable. He finished with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Gam Regnerus added 18 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks. Brayden Wilkerson paced Northpointe Christian with 24 points.
Northview 85 Lansing Catholic 63: The Wildcats defeated the Cougars in the Cornerstone Holiday Tournament championship game. Kyler VanderJagt had another stellar performance, finishing with 28 points. Jalen Charity (16) and EJ Ryans (13) were also in double figures for Northview. Alex Watters paced LC with 27 points.
Wyoming 79 Forest Hills Central 74: The Wolves delivered a statement with a win over previously undefeated Forest Hills Central. Wyoming saw a pair of 22-point performances from Ramere Draper and Qua’dir Hatchett. Jacob Bonnett led FHC with 29 points.
