Ionia 51 Central Montcalm 41: The Hornets lost to the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday. Maia Sexton paced CM with 13 points. Emily Putnam and Courtney Guelzo each finished with 9 for the Hornets, with Putnam adding 8 rebounds.

Montague 54 Grant 39: The Wildcats defeated the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday. Claire Meacham (19 points, 13 rebounds), Kendall Osborne (13 points, 10 rebounds), and Emma Dyer (12 points) led the ‘Gue.

Newaygo 43 Reed City 21: The Lions were up 11-6 after the first frame, but a 12-0 second quarter powered them to a big victory. Jaxi Long led Newaygo with 22 points, hitting five triples, while also recording six steals. Emmerson Goodin added 9 points and 9 rebounds. Kayla Fisk chipped in 5 points, 5 steals and 3 assists.

Whitehall 56 Fremont 54: The Vikings overcame a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter to force overtime. In the extra frame, they edged the Packers. Charley Klint paced Whitehall with 22 points and 8 rebounds. Autumn Ferris added 9 points and 6 rebounds. Fremont was led by Haley Zerlaut, who scored 27 points and recorded 7 rebounds.

Holton 45 Lakeview 31: The Wildcats led 8-4 after the first quarter, but Holton rallied to tie the score at 18. Holding Lakeview to single digits in both of the final frames allowed the Red Devils to capture the victory. Abbie Fowler scored 9 points to lead Holton, adding 5 assists. Ryann Robins had 8 points and 9 rebounds. Courtney Boes recorded 12 rebounds for the victors.

Kent City 43 Sparta 23: The Eagles defeated the Spartans in a non-league game on Monday. Lexie Bowers and Madelyn Geers each scored 18 to lead the victors. Geers also added 7 rebounds and 4 blocks, while Bowers recorded 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 assists.

Muskegon Catholic Central 46 Fruitport 27: The Crusaders defeated the Trojans in non-league action on Tuesday. MCC built a 29-9 halftime lead, and they nearly held that margin throughout. Sara Albanese led the Crusaders with 12 points, while Erin LaVigne added 9 points and 5 assists. Grace Staniforth led MCC with 10 rebounds, along with her 5 points.

Shelby 52 Orchard View 33: The Tigers took down the Cardinals in a non-league game on Tuesday. A 15-5 first quarter advantage set the tone, as they continued to build on that lead. Kendall Zoulek paced the Tigers with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Ella Olmstead chipped in 12 points.

Kara Bartels and Marissa Ybarra led the Dux with 19 points, while Jordyn Klaasen and Tia Martinez each tossed in 8 points.

Caledonia 47 Hart 34: The Fighting Scots went on the road to Oceana County, and they will return home with a victory over a ranked Pirates crew. Caledonia fell behind quickly, 7-2, but the Fighting Scots responded with a 14-2 run that ultimately led to a 25-20 halftime edge. Pressure defense and a 15-6 fourth quarter edge allowed the Fighting Scots to pull away. Gracie Gortmaker (11) and Tori Woodwyk (10) finished in double figures for Caledonia. Morgan Marvin led Hart with 10 points and 10 rebounds, while Mariana VanAgtmael added 9 points.

Coloma 42 Fennville 18: The Blackhawks fell behind 16-4 in the first quarter, but battled back to get within 8, 19-11, at the break. Fennville was down sixteen heading into the final frame, but they could not close the gap. Ava Rosema led Fennville with 7 points.

Gobles Saugatuck: The Tigers defeated the Trailblazers in SAC action to improve to 6-6 on the year. Gobles went to the free throw line 50 times in this game. McKenzie Lisowski led the victors with 16 points, while Jaiden Woodard added 12. Kennadi Killeen nearly recorded a double-double with a 9 point, 11 rebound performance. Madi Brady added 6 points for Gobles, as did Emma Baxter.

Lawton 39 Martin 36: The Blue Devils knocked off the Clippers in a battle between two SAC teams on Tuesday night. Ella Richter scored 15 points for Lawton, including the final four points to seal the victory. Reese Olson (12) and Sarah DeKoning (11) were also in double figures.
