Byron Center 21.5 Greenville 8.5: The Bulldogs captured a victory against Greenville with Adam Coval (257), James Wheeler (231) and Jeff Wheeler (214) leading the way. Devin Knickerbocker (234-204) posted Greenville’s best score.

Coldwater 28 Hastings 2: The Cardinals cruised to a victory in Interstate 8 play. Steven VanOoy was able to get two points for Hastings, scoring 175-180.

East Grand Rapids 22 Grand Rapids Christian 8: The Pioneers captured a win over the Eagles. Corbin Olsson (233) and Finn Moher (217-209) led EGR to victory.

Frankenmuth 15 Essexville Garber 15: The Eagles and Dukes tied in a TVC match. Alec Martin started with 10 strikes, finishing with a school record 286 for Frankenmuth. Nate Bauer (202) and Cameron Severs (214-200) joined him in the 200+ pins club.

Fruitport 27.5 Muskegon 2.5: The Trojans won their match against the Big Reds in convincing fashion. Cameron Weaver (236-229) and Evan Simonis (233-212) led the way for Fruitport.

Fruitport 30 West Catholic 0: The Trojans swept the Falcons in OK Blue action. Evan Simonis (224-215), Gage Wadland (221) and Cameron Weaver (198) posted the top scores.

Greenville 16 Lowell 13: The ‘Jackets beat the Red Arrows in OK White play. Devin Knickerbocker (246), Anthony Mangold (226-201), Logan Noble (226) and Thomas Mangold (202) all finished with 200+ games for Greenville. Mitchell Anderson (196) led Lowell.

Hastings 26 Lumen Christi 4: The Saxons beat the Titans behind an array of strong scores. Austin Fenstemaker (203), Drew Rhodes (191), Steven VanOoy (225) and Gage Richmond (223) led the way in scoring for Hastings.

Hudsonville 22 East Kentwood 8: The Eagles earned an OK Red victory, topping the Falcons. Jaxson Wicker (243) and Peyton VanKampen (212-202) posted the best scores for Hudsonville, while James Ansell (278) and Dylan Gresley (203-216) led East Kentwood.

Hudsonville 25 Jenison 5: The Eagles cruised to a OK Red win over the Wildcats. Jaxson Wicker (236), Brendan Unseld (221-203) and Ethan Blouw (203) led Hudsonville. Noah Miller (247-200) and Seth Parrow (233) posted Jenison’s top scores.

Hudsonville 28 Mona Shores 2: The Eagles won a non-league match over the Sailors this week. Jaxson Wicker (233), Brendan Unseld (211) and Connor Mesman (200) paced the Eagles, while Caleb Leonard (266) of Mona Shores had the top individual score.

Kalamazoo Central 22 Portage Central 8: The Maroon Giants were winners on the lanes over the weekend, besting the Mustangs. After splitting Bakers, they finished with a strong second individual game. Andrew Jenkins (143-134), Malikai Lewis (150), and Riley Berlin (124) led KC.

Northview 20 East Grand Rapids 10: The Wildcats earned a conference win against the Pioneers this week. Kyle Pranger (264), Ian Carmichael (215) and Ryan Carpenter (210) posted Northview’s best scores, Cameron Brandstadt led EGR with a 206.

Northview 27 Lowell 3: The Wildcats topped the Red Arrows as Ethan Holt (225), Kyle Pranger (222), Dave Frey (203) and Dawson Dewitt (203) led the score.

Otsego 28 Martin 2: The Bulldogs topped the Clippers, with both captains topping 200 pins. John Clark (204) and Austyn Brady (201) paced Otsego. James Blackburn led Martin with a 182.

Rockford 16 East Kentwood 14: The Rams picked up an OK Red victory, topping the Falcons. Kaleb Simon (248) and Tyler Bockheim (213) led Rockford, while James Ansell (217) led EK.

Sturgis 24 Vicksburg 6: The Trojans earned a victory in the Wolverine Conference, taking down Vicksburg convincingly. Drake Harker (203), Blake Adamski (197), Jayden Chapman (181) and Caleb Hanson (179) had the top scores for Sturgis.

Byron Center 27 Greenville 3: The Bulldogs handed Greenville a loss in OK White play. Kellsey Green (163), Genesys Noble (156) and Jailyn Rauch (156) led the ‘Jackets in scoring.

East Grand Rapids 16 Grand Rapids Christian 14: The Pioneers won an OK White match this week over the Eagles. Anna Edleman (216) and Laura Hurlburt (156) paced EGR, while GRC was led by Ruth Diepstra (163) and Abigail Afman (161).

Essexville Garber 30 Frankenmuth 0: The Dukes swept the Eagles in bowling, as Ireland Michalak (212) and Alena Grawburg (202) led the way. Frankenmuth got team-high scores from Katie Deal (127) and Jozie Felske (126).

Hastings 19 Coldwater 11: Hastings captured an Interstate 8 victory, handing Coldwater their first conference loss in two seasons. Ally Herder led Hastings with a 215 score.

Hastings 23 Lumen Christi 7: The Saxons topped the Titans in Interstate 8 play. Amber Rabideau (137-158), Abby Barton (142-188) and Daisy Kerby (142-134) all earned two points.

Hudsonville 30 East Kentwood 0: The Eagles cruised to a victory over the Falcons this past week. Bryanna Bentley (236) and Morgan Blouw (214) had the top scores for Hudsonville, while EK was led by KariAnn Hall (188).

Hudsonville 26 Jenison 4: The Eagles captured an OK Red victory when they beat Jenison. Jenison won Baker Game #2, but was swept otherwise. Morgan Blouw (205-215) led Hudsonville, while Lexi VanWuyckhuyse (186) posted Jenison’s top score.

Hudsonville 28 Mona Shores 2: The Eagles earned another victory when they beat the Sailors late in the week. Riley Trysgrad (180-170) earned one of Mona Shores’ two points, while Bryanna Bentley (238-204) and Ciara DeJongh (204) paced Hudsonville.

Northview 30 East Grand Rapids 0: The Wildcats blanked the Pioneers in OK White action. Abby Ludwick (179) led Northview, while Avery Bishop (137) led EGR.

Northview 20 Lowell 10: The Wildcats captured an OK White victory, handling Lowell. Julia Frey posted a 196 to lead Northview.

Otsego def Martin: The Bulldogs beat the Clippers in a nail-biter. It came down to the final Baker game, which was decided by 1 pin. Olivia Dillenbeck picked up a tough spare and a strike in the tenth frame to seal the victory for Otsego. Kennedy Kinnane shot 33 pins above her average to earn two points for Otsego.

Sturgis 16 Vicksburg 14: The Trojans move to a perfect 4-0 with a win over the Bulldogs. Maddison Bailey (192) and Kortnie Matz (204) led the way for Sturgis, while Sammi Fritz’ 147 was the top score for Vicksburg.
