Brendan Byce (11), Jake Moore (15) and Max Hafner (15) finished in double figures for Edwardsburg. Kaden Johnson led Hartford with 11 points.

Grand Rapids Catholic Central 77 Cedar Springs 34: The Cougars captured the OK Gold title with a dominating performance against the Red Hawks. GRCC scored the first 20 points in this game and outscored the Red Hawks by 23 the rest of the way. Jack Karasinski led GRCC with 24 points while KK Brown added 16 points. Blake Sheer led Cedar Springs with 9 points.

Holton 65 Hesperia 12: The Red Devils raced out to a hot start, creating a 27-2 advantage after the opening frame and never looking back in a big rivalry victory. Brodrick Fialek (20 points, 10 rebounds), Aidan Poling (15 points) and Joseph Mclean (8 points) led Holton in scoring.

Kent City 53 White Cloud 47: The Eagles edged the Indians in CSAA-Silver action on Friday night. These two teams battled throughout the contest, with Kent City pulling ahead at the end. Taylor Vode and Mason Ruether each scored 10 points for White Cloud.

Muskegon Heights 41 Manistee 35: The Tigers, playing just their fifth game of the season, topped the Chippewas to capture their first win of 2021. It’s their first victory since defeating Zion Christian in last year’s playoff opener.

Shelby 52 Hart 42: The Tigers secured a WMC victory at home against Hart. Shelby led after the first quarter, but Hart regained the lead at halftime. In the second half, Shelby outscored Hart 27-16 to capture the victory. Kellen Kimes (16) and Tony Rayo (13) led Hart offensively.

South Christian 64 Ottawa Hills 52: The Sailors and Bengals battled throughout the night, but a hot start and a strong finish proved to be the difference for South. Jacob Dehaan (14), Elliot Grashuis (13), Sam Meengs (13) and Connor Dykema (12) finished in double figures for South Christian. Duncan Carter led all scorers with 19 for Ottawa Hills, while Santana Phillips added 12.

Western Michigan Christian 57 Orchard View 50: The Warriors upset the Cardinals in Lakes 8 action, handing Orchard View their first loss of 2021. The third quarter was key for WMC, as they outscored Orchard View 15-8 to create separation. Ke’ontae Barnes (16) and Jay Jay Tunstull (13) each finished in double figures for the Cardinals.

Belding 53 Godwin Heights 50: The Black Knights remain a game back of Comstock Park in the OK Silver standings after their narrow win against Godwin Heights. Brook Simpson scored 31 points to power Belding to victory. Belding has three games left on their schedule, including the de-facto OK Silver title game next Thursday against Comstock Park (10-0, 6-0 OK Silver).

Central Montcalm 49 Grant 32: The Hornets hit the road to face off against Grant, and they returned home with a CSAA-Gold victory. Bailey Vissman led CM with 31 points, and London Eldridge added 11 points and 8 rebounds.

Ludington 58 Muskegon Catholic Central 20: The Orioles secured a Lakes 8 victory with a strong performance from the opening tip. They led 18-7 after the first, 29-7 after halftime and 44-14 after the third quarter. Cara Burkall led MCC with 5 points and 8 rebounds.

Martin 58 Fennville 7: The Clippers cruised to a victory over the Blackhawks on Friday night. Martin built a 17-1 first quarter lead, and pushed that score to 36-1 at halftime. Gracie Shettler (20) and Bri Warner (13) led the victorious Clippers in scoring. Ella Ruiz led Fennville with 4 points.

Mason County Eastern 59 Brethren 34: The Cardinals topped the Bobcats in West Michigan “D” League play. MCE took a 22-6 lead after the first quarter and never looked back, cruising to a win. Corinna Hernandez, Hillery Howe and Lucia Huarte all scored 10 points for MCE.

Montague 56 Mason County Central 17: The Wildcats continue their winning ways with another victory against the Spartans. Now 12-0 on the season, Montague has three league games left between them and a perfect regular season (vs 8-5 Whitehall, vs 8-6 Shelby and at 3-8 North Muskegon).

Newaygo 67 Chippewa Hills 19: Newaygo created a 25-5 advantage after the first quarter and never relinquished that lead. With two league games left, Newaygo clinched at least a share of the CSAA-Gold title. Emmerson Goodin led the Lions with 22 points and 11 rebounds, while Jaylee Long added 18 points.

Tri County 42 Big Rapids 35: The Vikings knocked off the Cardinals in CSAA Gold play. Big Rapids led by 6 after the first quarter, but they only managed 19 points in the final three frames. Ashley Bialek (12) and Mary Siple (10) each finished in double-digits for Tri County. Makenna Rautio led Big Rapids with 14 points.

Western Michigan Christian 87 Orchard View 11: The Warriors thrashed the Cardinals in a Lakes 8 battle. WMC was led by Taylor Folkema and her school-record 40 point performance.
