The Monday rebound is back, and the second half of the conference season is underway, and the league championship races are fully taking shape, let’s take a look at what’s coming up on live on MSR on Tuesday – But, first, here’s this week’s MSR Power Poll rankings!

RE/MAX UNITED POWER POLL

BOYS

BOYS POLL NOTES

Top 5 Static – The top teams all remained as they were last week, with wins across the board for our top 5, minus Northview, who fell on Saturday to OLSM at the 2K Showcase – still a very respectable loss that they now share with Rockford.

SC on the Move – The Sailors keep winning and when you especially add in their win over GRCC last week, Carson Vis and company are on a streak and ready to break into the top 5 soon.

Defenders in the Mix – Tri Unity Christian, the perennial powerhouse looking for another state title for 700 win coach Mark Keeler have found their groove and moved into the top 10 with Grand Haven’s loss to Rockford.

GIRLS

GIRLS POLL NOTES

SC On the Move, Part 2 – Just like on the boys side the SC girls made a big move of the standings this week, with a H2H win over formerly top 5 ranked GRCC and an HC loss to Zeeland West – the Sailors have moved all the way to the 4 spot.

Here Come the Dux – Zeeland West put up one of the most impressive weeks we’ve seen out of any team, beating top 10 rival Zeeland East and handing former #4 HC their second loss of the season, moving the Dux all the way from unranked to #7!

Steady at the Top – Rockford, West Catholic and Grand Haven all remain stationary with wins across the board – minus a H2H head win for Rockford over Grand Haven that further cemented their position at the top – Grand Haven now has 2 losses on the year, both to #1 Rockford.
