The Eau Claire Beavers had little trouble on Friday night with Wyoming Lee. The Legends were humbled, 64-18.
Landon Baskin got Eau Claire started with a pair of touchdown passes to Ryder Williams. These connections of 4 and 11 yards, paired with two-point attempts, gave Eau Claire a 16-0 lead.
Baskin would use his legs on the next score, a 61-yard sprint past the oncoming Lee defense. Finally, Demarion Travis ripped off a 20-yard score to give Eau Claire an early commanding lead of 30-6.
For the remainder of this game, Eau Claire was making big plays to score. Travis added a 55-yard interception return for a touchdown. Carmelo Taylor chipped in on a 25-yard rushing score. Dallas Willis (13 yard run), Baskin and Travis all returned to the end zone as well.
