The fifth week of the 2019 season is complete. A look below at the Core Power Performance Impact Players of the Week for the 5th week of the year.

Billy Ostyn (Grant): The Tigers topped Tri-County on Friday night. Ostyn was the star of the show, scoring three touchdowns on the ground for Grant.

Brayden Benjamin (Newaygo): The Lions were big winners over Fremont. Benjamin led the offensive attack with three rushing touchdowns on the game.

Bryson Huckeby (Freeland): The sophomore played a pivotal role in Freeland’s win over Alma. He two touchdown passes of 56 and 34 yards and he added a touchdown run.

Carson Vanderhoff (Caledonia): The Scots got a big league win over West Ottawa. The junior led the offensive attack with 29 carries for 384 yards and five touchdowns!

Davin Reif (Frankenmuth): The Eagles got the best of Swan Valley this week. Reif threw for two touchdowns, and he also added a touchdown run.

Ike Irish (Hudsonville): The Eagles got another win over Jenison. Irish did it all with 204 yards rushing, 4 touchdowns and a 2-pt.

Jakel Davis (Sparta): Sparta got an impressive win over West Catholic Friday. Davis was the catalyst for their offense, scoring four rushing touchdowns of 1, 13, 25, and 33 yards.

John Shelton (EGR): The Pioneers blitzed Wayland on Friday night. Shelton led the way with a trio of touchdown runs, in addition to a touchdown catch.

Teague Donazzolo (Central Montcalm): The Hornets blew out Big Rapids. Donazzolo led the way with 103 yards and he scored a touchdown to spearhead the ground game.
