The following players have been selected as this week’s Core Power Performance Impact Players of the Week:
Elijah Ulassis (Freeland): The Falcons lost a close contest with Frankenmuth on Friday. Ulassis was a shining star on the defense with a pair of interceptions.
Ike Irish (Hudsonville): The Eagles got an OK Red win over Caledonia on Friday. Irish was the leading rusher with 12 carries for 125 yards and two key touchdowns.
Jayden Friesen (Rockford): The Rams impressed many with their win over Mona Shores. Friesen was a monster on the ground with 31 carries for 211 yards and five scores.
Jimmy Scholler (FHC): The Rangers got a big crosstown win over Forest Hills Northern. Scholler spearheaded the attack with 15/20 passing for 179 yards, in addition to 13 carries for 75 yards on the ground. He was responsible for three total touchdowns.
John Shelton (East Grand Rapids): The Pioneers dominated Forest Hills Eastern on Friday night. Shelton had 21 carries for 213 yards and two touchdowns.
Josh Ledesma (East Kentwood): East Kentwood scored 63 points in their latest win over West Ottawa. Ledesma scored five rushing touchdowns in this impressive win.
Payton Hansen (Reed City): The Coyotes got a huge win over Tri-County on Friday night. Hansen was the spark of the offense with three rushing touchdowns.
Thad Gamble (GR Christian): The Eagles are back in the winning column after knocking off West Catholic. Gamble had 17 carries for 221 yards and 4 touchdowns.
