The Swan Valley Vikings won their third straight game in the TVC-Central on Friday night when they handily defeated the Alma Panthers. Thirty-four straight points to start the game were enough for them to get out to a comfortable lead in this 34-13 win.
Near the end of the first quarter, Swan Valley started the scoring. Avery Goldensoph connected with Ara Nab for a 25 yard touchdown pass to give them a 7-0 lead. The second quarter saw Khyree Harris pushing the lead even further with a pair of touchdown runs. He punched it in from 20 yards out before his longer touchdown run of 64 yards. Goldensoph connected with Ethan Champney on a 35 yard pass that pushed the lead to 27-0 Vikings when the teams entered the locker room.
In the third quarter, Goldensoph and Champney connected once more. They paired up for a nine yard touchdown to give Swan Valley a 34 point lead. Before things were done, Alma was able to score two touchdowns. Cam Wright got the first touchdown for the Panthers on a five yard run. Later in the quarter, Pauly Seeley and David Apple connected for a 10 yard touchdown pass. The 34-13 score was the final in this one.
