Forest Hills Northern 76 Ottawa Hills 60

Once again, the Huskies showed why they sit atop the Remax-United Power Poll. They dominated Ottawa Hills from the start of this one, and they now are a perfect 18-0 on the season. After Friday night off, they travel to Forest Hills Central and Northview next week with aims of an undefeated regular season.

West Ottawa 57 Grandville 54

Hudsonville 58 East Kentwood 47

The Eagles clinched at least a share of the OK Red title with their win on Tuesday night, their first conference championship since 2014. Stone Smeenge led all scorers with 18 points for Hudsonville to carry them to victory. Despite losing Max Perez last month, Hudsonville has now won nine consecutive league games. They are 15-2 with three games left against Wyoming, Rockford and West Ottawa.

Jenison 52 Grand Rapids Union 39

Forest Hills Central 56 Lowell 55

The Rangers and Coach Kyle Carhart hit the road to take on Lowell in an OK White battle. The former head of the Red Arrows, Carhart returned to his old stomping grounds in what turned out to be a tough game. Nearly half of Forest Hills Central’s points were scored by Jimmy Scholler. The guard scored 24 points on 9/12 shooting, and 6/9 from the free throw line. Not to be lost in the effort was an 11 rebound game from Michigan State football commit Tate Hallock.

Wayland Union 80 East Grand Rapids 54

Muskegon 63 Reeths-Puffer 28

The OK Black title was on the line at Reeths-Puffer on Tuesday as the Big Reds came across town. Last month, the Rockets shocked the area as they got the best of Muskegon in overtime. Tuesday night however, it appeared that Muskegon was out for vengeance in an all-out annihilation on the road. Jarvis Walker led the way for Muskegon, as his 28 points matched the entire total of the Reeths-Puffer team. There are still three league games left for the Big Reds, but they will be heavy favorites to win the league title with Friday’s win.

Holland 46 Zeeland West 43

Northpointe Christian 79 Caledonia 70

It was a high scoring affair in Caledonia on Tuesday as the OK Silver’s Northpointe Christian rolled into town. The first quarter saw 49 total points, with the Mustangs holding a nine-point edge. The middle two quarters saw Caledonia outscore Northpointe by six to draw it within three at 59-56 heading into the fourth quarter. The Mustangs eventually pulled away in this one for a nine-point victory, moving their record to 9-5. Luis Delvalle led all scorers with 30 for Northpointe. Sam Vasiu also chipped in 18 for the Mustangs. Caledonia was led in this one by Luke Thelen who finished with 20 points, and Aaron Henry with 15. Junior Keegan Peterson also had a career night for the Scots, as he finished with eight points.
